It has been awhile since I have written, or could come here to EBTL. But how wonderful to come here and see you have been concerned and praying for me. Lifts my spirits up so much!
I am doing okay. My church wanted to help me, because they know between gas money, copays, and my medicine costs, my finances are strained.....they asked if they could bless me by paying my utilities this month. Well, the secretary was out, and my "scatter brained" dear friend (I say that with a smile), who covered for a week for the secretary, didn't do it right away, and when she did, she mailed in checks instead of doing it over the phone or online. So, my phone got shut off, and just this morning came back on when they received the payment. Bless her heart. But it was kind of nice to sleep uninterrupted without the phone ringing at 8:00 am, and every ten minutes after that. LOL I got lots of sleep and rest.
The first call to come in was from Focus on the Family, who wanted to know if they could pray for me. They asked fr nothing more than to pray. That was wonderful.
I'm doing okay.....Have chemo again on Monday, and a brain MRI for next week. I will let you know. And I am going through my email in a little while - I can see so many of you wrote, and I will try to get back to each of you. But thank you for worrying and praying for me.
