I have never had one myself, but my Mother has had many experience, at will. She is not a stable person and I think it is because of what she has opened herself up to when she has experienced her OBE (out of body experience). She places herself in a area of dimensions that we know little about. I am sure like anything else there is good and bad. But I think with her unstablility, her OBE has magnified those things in her that are not in her best interest or nature. I think the OBE has been detrimental in her case. The thought has crossed my mind before, and I wonder if some energy has entered into her magnifying her own bad energy. I will tell you why I am weary of OBE, it is because she is hell to live with. Remember like does attract like: darkness cleaves to darkness and light will cleave to light. I would not recommend doing it, especially if you are not spiritually strong and spiritally guided by a holy man. It opens you up to things that are not of this world. Living here in this planet is hard enough. Until we learn more I pesonally would not venture into the great unknown. If something goes wrong, and it can, there is not enough knowledge in this field that we can rely on to help rectifiy any situation that may happen. If you do explore it I would say pray on it. The answers you seek will be guided by Our Heavenly Father, he will allow you to know if what you chose is good or bad for you.
