Being right with our Heavenly Father is important, much more so when doing Obe's, since reality/ things there, is far more intense or real, when not bound to the laws of the physical earth plane!

I think the CREATOR is using him, to teach & help others of the spiritual nature of man and since he once worked for NASA & is a Scientist, of course with such high qualifications, the more people can be reached that way!
