To be free of curses and dark powers, you simply go to the Light where these things cannot reside. Demonic beings cannot be where Holy Spirit resides.
In my opinion, simply pray renouncing witchcraft, black magic, and curses, ask Christ to fill your mind, body, and heart, and know that he does as requested.

In the name of Jesus Christ I renounce witchcraft, black magic, and curses. I affirm Jesus Christ as my lord and savior. I command in the name of Jesus anything not of the Lord attached to me will be removed from me and sent where Christ may send it. I come against, in the name of Jesus Christ, any type of curse, magic, witchcraft or anything not of the light and renounce it and command it away from me and my household. I ask in the name of Jesus for angelic protection and God's white light to surround, encompass, and permeate my being. I feel this protection now and know that it is so. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen. And So It Is.
To clear negative energy from your space, you can burn incense or sage in your home. Play harmonious music. Open windows and doors for a short time. Go through your house and pray a blessing into each room affirming the following: In the name of Jesus this space is free of any negative energy, impressions, or anything not of me or God. I affirm love, peace, joy, and compassion in this space, in the name of Jesus Christ. I bless this space as a place of harmony, love, and peace. I ask the Lord to fill this space with his presence and Light in the name of Jesus.
If my husband and I have an argument or if the news is particularly upsetting that day, I will cleanse my living space in the above way and the environment always feels much lighter and more peaceful.
