After learning of the DANGER that Sonia Rae is in with fires burning so close to her home that she can see the "exploding trees" from her home! I realize the truth that God does fight our battles for us! Our prayers are so vital in that fight to enable the Spirit to complete that which concerns us on earth. I want to thank God for all of us WAVES and expecially Betty and Charles for doing the night watch by praying over the storm and stopping the wind! Oh my, the times we live in are trecherous! I forwarded photos of the tornadoes in Omaha that were looming over the city a photographer caught on film. The earth is changing...God is not...He is still able and covers us with His love. Please pray with me for wisdom and protection:
Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus, our Creator of Life!! We come before you with our hearts wide open and our arms raised to the heavens with the earth in our hands. We plead your grace, mercy, and most of all your LOVE to pour out on the earth and heal it. We are so sorry we have not taken better care of our planet, our forefathers as well as ourselves were ignorant, stubborn and selfish. We are so sorry for not treating your earth better as our home. Please forgive us. Cover this earth with your precious LOVE...your LOVE that never fails, your precious love that spilled at the cross, the blood of Jesus heal us.
We especially lift up any WAVES right now who may be in physical danger, as Sonia Rae with the fires that burn in California. Thank you so much for answering the prayers to keep her safe and to make the winds stop. We pray for rain to pour from heaven and put out the rest of the fires. Bring your rain from the ocean quickly to come to the rescue of the fire fighters. We pray for wisdom, protection and strength for these firefighters who are doing battle against the storm. Just as Shadrak, Meshak, and Obedngo (sp?) were in the firey furnace and your Spirit was with them, surround any person who is in danger with your Spirit. Comfort, lead, guide, protect all who are in harms way. We pray your blessing, Lord, your mercy and grace. In Jesus Precious Name...Amen and Amen
