Subject: She's out of surgery!


It's finally over. The operation went very smoothly. She will be critical for a day or so. I got to see her. She was still asleep. I told her I loved her. I hope she heard me. She looks so tiny in that bed with all of those tubes. She's small like me. We both weigh 105, even less now I am sure.

They are watching her closely because she is 81. I can't wait to see her later when she is awake. I am so proud of her. She was really brave and joking with them this morning, saying she couldn't wait to have it done. Everyone loves her. Especially me.

Holly has been an angel too. She is letting me give her a pill and put the medicine in her ears even though it hurts and she hates it. She used to fight hard. She has really grown up fast. I am proud of her too.

I am going to try to nap and eat something. I keep forgetting to eat.

Thanks so much for your prayers. I know God heard them.
