Has anyone placed an order at the bookstore? I ordered three books on Feb. 18 and my credit card has been billed. I have not received the books. The website says "processing." I have sent 3 emails, 2 to customer service and one to Betty. I have received no response. I called Paypal and they gave me the telephone number. No one answers the phone. Any help you can give me will be appreciated.
